Privacy, in plain English.
Short version: we collect what we need to run Jeli, nothing more. We don't sell anything. You can delete anything at any time. The long version is below.

What we collect
- Your account: name, email, password hash.
- Documents you upload: stored encrypted, NZ/AU data centre.
- Usage: which buttons you click, how long Jeli takes to respond. No third-party trackers.
§02
What we don't collect
- No card details on our servers — Stripe handles payment.
- No browsing data outside the app.
- No selling. Not to anyone. Not now, not later.
§03
Where it lives
- Documents and analyses sit on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2).
- Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Auto-deleted 30 days after analysis — or whenever you ask.
§04
Your rights
- Export everything we hold on you, any time.
- Delete a property, all its documents, or the whole account.
- Email hello@jeli.co.nz and we'll do it within 7 days.
